We undertake residential, commercial and other building projects, from project planning and structural works through finishing and completion. Our scope includes building construction, structural works, renovations and extensions, residential and commercial developments, painting, tiling, gypsum installation, terrazzo and trazo works, plumbing, electrical works, aluminium works, electric fencing, interior finishing and general building maintenance.

Both. We can take on individual scopes such as tiling, painting, plumbing or electrical works, or run the project from planning and structure through finishing and completion. We coordinate the trades so the programme and quality stay under one management structure.

We have completed 8 construction projects covering different building and property requirements, and we currently have 2 projects under active development.

Yes. Our real estate service covers property sales, land and plot sales, property sourcing, property viewing, buyer and seller coordination, property documentation support and title verification support. We also share investment opportunities where they are available.

Title verification support and property documentation support are part of our real estate service. We make verification part of the transaction process rather than something left to the buyer after payment.

We provide tenant sourcing and screening, tenant management, lease administration, rent collection and follow-up, rent statements and records, property inspections, repairs and maintenance coordination, tenant communication, contractor coordination, property reporting, vacancy management and general estate supervision.

As much or as little as you choose. The point of the service is that the day-to-day burden — tenant coordination, rent follow-up, inspections and maintenance supervision — is carried by us, with property reporting and rent statements giving you a clear record of what is happening.

We currently manage 11 houses and 2 estates.

Yes. Property maintenance is a separate service from construction. We carry out general repairs, painting and repainting, plumbing, electrical maintenance, tiling repairs, interior repairs, landscaping coordination, preventive maintenance, common-area maintenance and post-construction maintenance.

Fees depend on the scope and the period of the engagement. We quote per project for construction work and per service for management and maintenance, so contact the office with the details of your property or project and we will provide the figures.
