We are a Kenyan real estate, construction and property management company. Our services cover the full property lifecycle — construction and development, property sales and land transactions, property management, maintenance and renovations, and digital property marketing. That means a client can come to us to build a property, buy or sell land, manage rental houses, maintain an estate, renovate a building or market a property.
We undertake residential, commercial and other building projects, from project planning and structural works through finishing and completion. Our scope includes building construction, structural works, renovations and extensions, residential and commercial developments, painting, tiling, gypsum installation, terrazzo and trazo works, plumbing, electrical works, aluminium works, electric fencing, interior finishing and general building maintenance.
Title verification support and property documentation support are part of our real estate service. We make verification part of the transaction process rather than something left to the buyer after payment.
